NAYA Privacy

Your details. Your choice.

How the current website handles your project brief and the requests needed to display its pages and media.

Preparing a project brief

The contact page prepares a brief in your browser. Your name, email, company, project type, timing and message are used only to create the preview and text you choose to copy or download. This form does not send those details to NAYA or submit an enquiry.

The page does not save a draft in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page can discard the brief. Your browser may remember field entries through its own autofill settings.

Copying and downloading

Choosing “Copy brief” places the prepared text on your device’s clipboard, if your browser allows it. Choosing “Download .txt” creates a plain-text file for you to save. These actions do not send the brief to NAYA.

You decide where to keep the file and whom to share it with. The brief may contain personal or project information, so include only the details you want in that copy.

Website and media delivery

This website and its media are delivered through Cloudflare. Viewing a page, image or film creates ordinary technical requests. Cloudflare may process request data, including IP addresses and information about traffic to and from the site, to provide and protect its services.

Cloudflare’s handling of that technical data is described in its privacy policy (opens in a new tab). This is separate from the project brief, which this form keeps in your browser.

Contact details and future enquiries

Official NAYA email, phone, office and social details are awaiting confirmation. When they are available, they will be added to the contact page. Preparing a brief does not subscribe you to updates or arrange a reply.

This notice describes the current website flow. If a way to send enquiries is added, this page will need to explain how those enquiries are handled.
